GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The wintry mix will move through Northeast Wisconsin Friday morning, which will give way to partly sunny skies and high winds for Halloween.
FOX 11 reports that parents should ensure kids are bundled up this afternoon and evening as highs will only hit 39, with north winds at 15 to 30 miles per hour. Wind chills will be near 25 degrees as they head out to trick-or-treat.
It looks like this will be the coldest Halloween in the region since 1996.
