Authorities describe the suspect as a black man with a stocky build.

Police believe that this robbery is related to a string of similar armed robberies in the area:

Douglass Detrie Freed Due to Lack of Evidence in Murder

GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The man arrested for the death of his live-in girlfriend in Brown County has been released from jail.

Douglass Detrie was freed from jail on Friday.

This comes after prosecutors say they're not confident they have enough evidence to tie him to the beating death of Nicole VanderHeyden.

VanderHeyden's body was found May 21 in a field near Bellevue. Two days later, Detrie was arrested in connection with her death.

Detrie walked out of the Brown County Jail without saying anything to reporters.

"We're not comfortable that we have sufficient evidence that he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Because of that I'm not comfortable issuing criminal charges," Brown County District Attorney David Lasee said, according to FOX 11.

The Brown County Sheriff's Department last Friday held a news conference asking the public for more help cementing their timeline of events leading up to VanderHeyden's death.

A Brown County Court Commissioner agreed with Lasee to vacate a probable cause decision made against Detrie 16 days ago. It included a $1 million cash bond.

"We are appreciative of District Attorney Lasee's thoughtful consideration of what to do in today's case," said Emily Lonergan, Detrie's attorney. "We understand it's not an easy decision fo rhim to make, but we think he made the right decision."

Brown County Sheriff's Office released the following statement on the investigation:

"We are working closely with the District Attorney's Office as we investigate this case. This is a complex investigation. Evidence recovered from multiple locations is being examined by the Wisconsin State Crime Labs. The Wisconsin State Crime Lab has prioritized this case and we are working closely with them to obtain useful information from the evidence.

We do not have lab results for most of the items we have collected in this investigation. The analysis of this quantity of evidence will take more time. We expect to be able to focus our investigation in the weeks ahead as we receive results from the crime lab.

The Brown County Sheriff's Office has and will continue to devote considerable resources toward this investigation. We are investigating all leads with the purpose of holding the perpetrator accountable and seeking justice for Nicole, her family and her friends."

Prosecutors previously said the evidence they have is what appeared to be blood outside the home and in VanderHeyden's vehicle. An apparent shoe print was also found on her body, which investigators believe matches a pair of Air Jordan shoes found in Detrie's home.

"Mr. Detrie is appreciative and thankful that the investigation is continuing and wants it to continue and really wants to find the correct person who did this," said Lonergan.

Detrie's attorney says he will be staying in Green Bay, in hopes of finding justice in the case.

SISTER BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The fourth annual Sister Bay Goat Parade, to overuse a popular phrase, is a tradition unlike any other.

The main attraction for Saturday's event was the goat procession to Al Johnson's Swedish Restaurant, featuring about two dozen goats.

"Every year, it's been more goats. And the herd gets a little larger; our herd gets a little bit larger. Goat herders, and goat farmers in the immediate area bring their goats and we march them down Main Street, to the roof," Rolf Johnson, son of founder Al Johnson, told FOX 11.

Visitors to this summertime event numbered in the hundreds, and they came from all around.

"We just wanted to see. We came up here to Al Johnson's several times, and we just wanted to watch them bring in the goats," said Kevin Hoyland, Iowa City, Iowa.

"The goat parade was awesome. What was cool about it? Well of course, seeing the goats. We brought the whole family out. So that was wonderful," said George Jumes, Appleton.

"Quite interesting. Just not something we normally see in Sarasota, Florida, we just came from. It's quite cool though," said Michael Mrazik, Sarasota, Florida.

A new twist this year is that Goat Fest opened in a Swedish beer garden next door, featuring music, food and more.

"We moved an authentic Scandinavian building onto the site," said Johnson. "I think anytime you can bring people together with animals, it's incredibly therapeutic, first and foremost. But it's also fun. And that's what it's all about."

The goats have been a tourist attraction on Al Johnson's roof since 1973.

Mian has lived in the Green Bay area for 10 years and says he has a good relationship with individuals and the community.

"We work with the authorities well, and we work with doing a lot of bridge-building in the community, so we try to do our effort for what we can."

GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - People all around the nation and right here in Green Bay are having a difficult time wrapping their head around the horrific terror attack at Orlando's Pulse nightclub, especially the gay community.

Bob Carriveau is a patron at the Napalese Lounge on Cedar Street and says after hearing the news Sunday he wasn't sure what to think about the gunman.

"His parents were from Afghanistan, if it was an ISIS type of thing, but then I thought well, in a gay club...anti-gay, and then it was Latino night that night; one of those three things or a combination of it."

Carriveau says he can't imagine something like that happening here.

"But it's still a possibility. You never know where you're at, if some of these people will come out of the woodwork."

WTAQ also reached out to the XS Nightclub in Green Bay. General Manager Robert Heinritz, said in a statement:

"We fully support the victims, family, friends and those who are affected by this act of terrorism. During this month of celebration of pride for the LGBT community it is truly heartening to see so many Americans giving their support, aid and comfort to those in need during this dark time. In addition, we would like to express how very proud and thankful we are for the first responders in Orlando, here in Green Bay, and all over this country for the amazing bravery, courage and compassion they show whenever incidents like this arise in our country."

Don't Limit Freedoms After Attack

GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Questions continue following Sunday's massacre at a gay nightclub in Orlando, which saw at least fifty people killed, including the gunman, and dozens more injured.

29 year old Omar Mateen has been called by ISIS as one of their operatives in the U.S., however the Florida resident was legally allowed to obtain weapons, and was never charged with a crime.

Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson sits on the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security.

"We can talk about all these things, we can look at other potential solutions, but until we recognize that it's Islamic terror that inspiring this, it's a real and growing threat."

Johnson says taking away or restricting personal freedoms isn't the answer.

"If you want to slaughter somebody, you can choose a number of different methods. I don't want to be putting any ideas in terrorist's heads, but let's face it...the root cause is the ideology."

Johnson says it's easy to second guess decisions not to keep Mateen on a closer security watch after he passed security checks on two seperate occasions.
