Police say the property is closed until further notice by court order and the people living at 577 Peters Street have been removed. The property has been declared a public nuisance for drug-related activity.
Following a two-month-long investigation by the Brown County Drug Task Force, 25-year-old Jaime Reyes-Sanchez was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Investigators say they found in the house more than 345 grams of cocaine, items used to manufacture and distribute cocaine and items used to manufacture marijuana.
