APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) - Charges have been tacked on against a Little Chute man already accused of driving over his wife.
Zohn Yang has pled not guilty to all of the counts against him. His lawyer has also filed a speedy trial demand.
The Outagamie County District Attorney's office says no trial date has been set.
Initially Yang faced 2 counts, including attempted first-degree intentional homicide, for the incident on April 27. That day, Yang is accused of driving the family minivan into his wife Pachia Lor. She had one of her legs amputated as a result of her injuries.
An amended criminal complaint shows that Yang now faces 4 charges related to an incident on April 21 when he allegedly threatened to kill Lor. Yang also faces 3 counts for threats made to her during an argument three days later.
The complaint goes on to state that Yang allegedly choked Lor during an argument.
