OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - A 50-year-old Chinese citizen has been arrested on prostitution charges.
Oshkosh police worked with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in the bust that took place at Four Seasons Massage, 1040 S. Koeller Street, on Friday.
Police indicate that the undercover investigation was brought on by complaints.
The woman was living in Oshkosh and was authorized to work in the U.S. An agent with Homeland Security interviewed her before she was jailed.
