SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ) - A 76-year-old Sheboygan woman accused of killing her infant daughter in 1957 years has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.
Bound for trial on Monday, Ruby Klokow’s son came forward in 2008 and described horrid child abuse to him and his other siblings by his mother.
Klokow is charged with second-degree murder.
Sheboygan County District Attorney Joe DeCecco announced the plea agreement but couldn’t provide details.
