OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - A man killed in a fire in Oshkosh has been identified as 64-year-old Stephen "Dallas" West.
Authorities said he was smoking near an oxygen tank when the fire started early Friday in the upstairs portion of a duplex.
A 57-year-old woman in the apartment was recovering at last word from non-life threatening injuries.
Officials said Stephen West died at a Madison burn unit from burns and smoke inhalation.
