GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - An autopsy has ruled a Green Bay man found unresponsive on the city's east side early Wednesday died from hypothermia.
That's the word from Brown County Medical Examiner Al Klimek.
Police say a passer-by found 53-year-old Earl Reed at the corner of Main Street and Deckner Avenue.
Reed did not have shoes on and there were no obvious signs of trauma, according to police.
He's the second person in 2013 to die in Green Bay due to hypothermia. On January 21st, 38-year-old Brian Hicks was found dead out in the cold near his home on East Shore Circle.
