ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) - A Green Bay man has been arrested after arranging to meet who he thought was a 15-year-old girl online that turned out to be investigators with Ashwaubenon Public Safety.
48-year-old Steven Gittens was scheduled to pick up the girl Wednesday afternoon at the library in Ashwaubenon for a sexual encounter. But instead he was arrested by an undercover officer.
Authorities are recommending charges of sexual exploitation of a child and using a computer to facilitate a sex crime against Gittens.
