MARKESAN, WI (WTAQ) - Fire crews had a busy Saturday afternoon fighting two house fires in Green Lake County.
The call went out just after 3 p.m. to a home on W. Manchester Street in Markesan.
Upon arrival, crews found one house was completely engulfed in flames. That fire impacted the house next door, causing heavy damage.
Six adults and two children have been displaced because of the fire. Crews spent nearly six hours on scene dealing with the blazes.
The cause remains under investigation.
