Green Bay, WI, (WTAQ) - Thousands of runners are set to take part in the weekend events surrounding the 15-th Cellcom Green Bay Marathon. Race director Sean Ryan says there's a 5K, a half marathon....and the big one on Sunday.... 26-point-2 miles through the streets of Green Bay. Besides making the finish line....everyone has a different motivation. He calls the effort to put this all togeather...huge. From runners who've trained for months, to the hundreds of volunteers that staff the aid stations, it's a production. And the signature of this event is the last mile takes runners through Lambeau Field. Planning for the 2015 Cellcom Green Bay Marathon begins right after the last finisher crosses the line on Sunday.
