GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Green Bay’s city council has delayed making a decision on a daytime resource center for the homeless. The resource center, which would be called New Visions, would be open every day but Saturday. It would provide information about jobs and health care. The facility would go into a currently empty warehouse near the Mason Street Bridge, on South Adams Street. The city council said city staff wanted more time to go over the proposal. The issue could come back in a couple of weeks.
