GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Winter has arrived in full force Monday.

FOX 11 meteorologist Pete Petoniak says the forecast will call for temperatures to hold steady in the teens Monday morning, then drop to near 7 degrees by 5 p.m.

Winds will be out of the west at 10 to 20 miles per hour, with higher gusts. Wind chills are expected to be below zero Monday afternoon.

That will also lead to blowing snow throughout the day, so drivers are urged to slow down, leave early and use caution.

Petoniak says a frigid night is on tap as temperatures fall to near 4 below with wind chills of 10-20 below.
