APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) - Police in Appleton are looking for two people suspected in a purse snatching at a grocery store.
Authorities say it happened at the Copps store, 511 W. Calumet Street, around 5:20 p.m. Thursday. The victim, a 68-year-old woman, told cops her purse was stolen as she was walking into the store.
A police dog tried to track the suspects but couldn't find them. They were believed to have left to the east on Calumet Street.
The male suspect was wearing a white, zip-up jacket with a hood. The female suspect was wearing a long black jacket with a fur-lined hood and UGG brand boots. She had long hair.
Police released surveillance photos of the suspects, which can be seen above.
