ALLOUEZ, WI (WTAQ) - Brown County Sheriff's say one person is in custody following a disturbance overnight in Allouez.
Authorities say they got a call around 3:30 a.m. Sunday for a report of a battery in progress.
When deputies arrived on S. Webster Avenue, several people were seen running from near the scene.
One of the suspects was caught, after injuring himself while running into a glass, patio door.
Deputies say they were unable to find a victim from the alleged battery they were initially called to.
